eNews - Spring Update
Welcome to the Spring Edition of Taten's eNews - and the time of year when many in Melbourne - and of course around Australia and the world - turn their thoughts to the Melbourne Cup.
Punters start analysing form, breeding, race history, trainers and jockeys - all in an effort to pick a winner.
So, in the spirit of analysing data and trying to pick a winner, Taten would like to introduce a new way to analyse online data that will give you the ability to understand your customers like never before.
Taten's Analytics engine takes understanding a customer's online behaviour to the next level of analytics - being able to see and understand what customers are doing - IN REAL TIME.
By tracking Menu and Article IDs, for example, it is possible to determine a person's navigation style and response to marketing events and by tracking session information, it is possible to determine how many times a user logs in to which organisation unit they are accessing.
You can also track navigation through a form, to determine how a user responds to form events, mandatory and business rule enforced validation. Coupled with timing metrics, this provides valuable information as to the success of a form campaign or process.
